Boomers will be society’s caregivers for the next 40 years, yet few books address the topic of stress during caregiving. Even AARP’s “8 Rules for New Caregivers” focus on the practical challenges during caregiving, not the emotional. The Possibility Guild has published three books to decrease the gap.

Author Holly Whiteside is an 18-year life coach and ten-year caregiver. She created MindfulCaregiving tools (mindfulcaregiving.net), which allow people to apply life-coaching principles to their own well-being.

MindfulCaregiving tools are available in Whiteside’s three books: The Caregiver’s Compass, The Caregiver’s Reader, and Exploring Hell and Other Warm Places: Redemption Through Caregiving (caregivingbooks.net).

The books are available at amazon.com.
